A sideways look at the glass-roofed break-out area in the NEC Galleries Suite

The venue for the ITI Conference 2011 is now NEC Galleries, located within the main Atrium of the National Exhibition Centre, just outside Birmingham in the heart of the United Kingdom.

NEC Galleries

The NEC Galleries suite is a self-contained set of conference and meeting rooms, with its own catering and break-out facilities, located on the first floor above the public areas of the National Exhibition Centre. With seating for up to 400 delegates in the main conference room, and plenty of other break-out rooms, there will be ample space for ITI Conference delegates to enjoy the presentations and networking opportunities.

ITI has secured exclusive use of the Galleries, and so has completely private access to the whole venue, which offers features you could want for a modern conference.

Delegates will be welcomed at a reception area that is reserved just for the ITI Conference 2011, before proceding to an initial cup of tea or coffee and networking opportunity in the spacious and airy lounge.

During the mid-morning, lunch and mid-afternoon breaks, the lounge and catering area, which will house the exhibition, will be filled with the buzz of old friends reunited, new acquaintances forged and maybe even business deals struck.

In between these times, if you fancy a break from the hectic conference schedule, the lounge provides the perfect, quiet location for catching up on work or e-mail – an easy task thanks to the WiFi connection that will be provided throughout the venue.

The NEC Galleries catering and exhibition space has plenty of room for delegates to enjoy lunch, network and talk to exhibitors

Speakers, too, will find the venue offers all the facilities they could want, including a dedicated “green room”, in which they can relax before giving their presentations, and wind down afterwards!

Accommodation

Accommodation is available in any of five hotels at the NEC itself, ranging from the Hilton Metropole and Crowne Plaza to the Premier Inn and Holiday Inn Express, with the Ramada catering for the segment in between. In addition, there are Novotel, Ibis and Etap hotels at Birmingham Airport, which can be accessed directly from the NEC via the rail link.

Delegates to our conference are welcome to contact these hotels themselves to reserve their room.
