The official Conference Hotel for the ITI Conference and 25th Anniversary Dinner will be the Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel & Country Club, located just three miles from the conference venue at the NEC. The Forest of Arden is set in lovely rural surroundings, on a Championship golf course, away from the bustle of the conference centre. ITI has negotiated discounted rates of £100 per room per night for single occupancy and £110 per room per night for double occupancy, with a small number of twin rooms also available on a first-come first-served basis. The following rules apply to bookings made using the discounted rate code:
- You will need to supply your credit card number to secure the reservation.
- Any cancellations made after 1 April, will incur cancellation fees. Fees will then be 40% up to 30 days prior, 60% for 29 to 10 days, 80% for 9 to 3 days and 90% for 2 days and under. The relevent fee will be charged to your credit card.
- You will pay for your room (plus any other expenses) on departure.

In addition, Birmingham Airport has a Novotel, Holiday Inn, Ibis and Etap hotel, the latter of which has rooms as cheap as £18 per night (correct as at time of writing on 31 January).
