Dr Jean-Pierre Mailhac
Dr Jean-Pierre Mailhac is a senior lecturer at the University of Salford (Manchester), where he teaches translation theory and practice. He has published a number of articles on translation studies. For the last 15 years, he has translated and recorded voice-overs for corporate video material. He has lectured and run workshops in various European countries, including a number for the ITI, the Société Française des Traducteurs, the Institute of Linguists, the North West Translators’ Network, the Regional Language Network North-West and the European Commission in Luxembourg.
