The 2017 pre-conference day will be devoted to negotiation training. Full details will be published in the coming days but it is now confirmed that there will be only one all-day workshop on negotiation skills, by a specialist training provider. Limited numbers will be allowed in the workshop to ensure maximum value but if the demand is high, the training team will run parallel workshops. We expect there will be a lot of interest as this particular topic has been requested time and time again.
