ITI Conference 2017 Gala Dinner

Friday 19 May at the National Museum Cardiff

This year, we are taking you out of the conference hotel and on a short walk to the National Museum Cardiff.

Before dinner, we will all gather in the Impressionist Gallery to sip a glass of something nice in the company of Monet, Van Gogh, Renoir and others. Not something you get to do everyday!

Dinner will be in the sumptuous hall where you will be served a beautiful three-course meal with wine.

And of course, there will be entertainment.

19:00     Welcome drinks in the Impressionists’ Gallery

19:30     Three course meal in the Grand Hall. Wine service throughout dinner.

22:00     Awards, followed by entertainment. The bar will stay open until 00:30.




Wye Valley Asparagus, parma ham, watercress salad, herb oil

V: Pea, mint, basil and broad bean risotto


Roasted chicken breast, welsh rarebit crust, smoked bacon

Served with leek wrapped in savoy cabbage, baby new potatoes, green beans and baton carrots

Garlic Jus

V: Filo strudel of leeks, pine nuts, wild mushrooms and cream cheese

(With the same accompaniments as the non vegetarian option)


Trio of Desserts (Chocolate, Lemon Tart, Fruit Panna Cotta)


Welsh brew tea and coffee with hand rolled chocolate truffles
