The Negotiation Toolkit

A one-day negotiation training session

Thursday 18 May 2017, 09.00 – 17.00, Mercure Holland House Hotel, Cardiff

In this one-day programme, we aim to equip people with an effective and robust Negotiation Toolkit which enables them to persuade others to take their point of view within today’s tough business arena. The toolkit provides a pathway to successful negotiated outcomes.

By the end of the day, people will have:

  • Understood what is ‘truly’ meant by ‘negotiation’ and explored critical behaviours for maximum effectiveness
  • Demonstrated the five persuasion methods and negotiation movement strategies
  • Explored a structure for all negotiations with the 6 phases
  • Applied the above learning to a real-life scenario with tutor feedback and coaching.

Training will be in groups of no more than 20.

ArcBlue provides training on a worldwide basis to both individuals and blue-chip companies. Each tutor will be a practising negotiator.

Andy Brown

Andy Brown

Andy grew up in France and has a varied career where he has developed and utilised a range of persuasion and influencing skills. Since 2011 he has led programmes across the globe, on Leadership, Negotiation, Confident Behaviour and Presentation Skills. He has also coached teams to deliver improved results.

Andy is a strong believer that good business is built on strong relationships, and that excellent negotiators understand the importance of clear communication. He is an engaging presenter with many colourful and interesting stories to share.

Sue Preston

Sue has 20 years’ experience with organisations throughout the world.  She is a highly-experienced Negotiator and motivational Training Consultant/Business Coach with extensive hands-on business experience ranging from strategic to operational levels.

Her experience, combined with her positive personality using innovative and stimulating approaches, ensures that each event she designs and delivers is unique, fun, but always business and people focused.  The key outcome is to provide improved business and personal performance through enhanced people skills, attitudes and behaviours.

The cost includes all the materials from the day, including your workbook to take away. Lunch and refreshment breaks are also included.




We have negotiated a 12-month licence (worth £150) for each attendee for the online ‘Negotiation Hub’ so that you can continue to ask the tutors questions about the course and receive advice and support.
